Arup Ghosh has more than two decades of global IT experience working with leading Fortune 500 customers in in large managed services & digital transformation pursuits and programs. He has served in leadership roles across multiple functions of service delivery, business consulting and solution design, especially in BFSI industry.

Arup has rich experience in software development and delivery methodologies, people management, cost management, process optimization and quality assurance. He has a proven track record of building high performance cross-functional teams to design and execute programs, that involves complex technology problems and stringent milestones, predictably and with high quality. As a Solution Architect, Arup has led pursuit teams across multiple service lines in designing tailored solutions that addressed customer challenges of application modernization, cost take out, operating model efficiencies and customer centricity and experience with a right blend of technology best practices, innovative operating models and pricing strategies.

Arup holds a B.E in Electrical Engineering from North Bengal University.
